“As a wedding photographer, it’s days like this that remind me why I love my work – when simplicity leaves room for emotion, and elegance comes from authenticity.”

Francesca and Alberto’s Puglia wedding at Masseria Francescani was a celebration that spoke in quiet tones — simple, intentional, and full of character. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how effortlessly everything reflected who they are: honest, grounded, and beautifully connected to the place.

The masseria’s pale stone walls, textured surfaces, and olive trees set a calm and timeless atmosphere. They exchanged their vows beneath an ancient olive tree — a moment that felt both intimate and grounded, surrounded by soft yellows, peach, and creamy whites that echoed the natural light of Puglia.

Every element carried a human touch: handmade ceramics, linen textures, locally crafted candles. Photographing these details felt like tracing the rhythm of the day — nothing staged, just things and people belonging together. As the sun set, long wooden tables filled the courtyard beside the water channel. Conversations flowed, shoes slipped off, and laughter grew louder as night fell. Francesca later changed into a lighter dress, and soon everyone was dancing barefoot under the stars.
